BLIND
CONTROL X-10 COMPATIBLE (120v AC and 12v DC)
The
BC-696 AC and DC are X-10 compatible
modules specially designed for the control of BLINDS, SHADES, SKYLIGHTS, FANS (any 12v / 110v AC motors in
general). It works with a wide variety of motor manufacturers (Somfy, Simu,
Beautex, Trietex...)

Blinds, Shades,
Skylights can now be controlled with any X-10 (or X-10 compatible)
controllers, manually or automatically.
·
Operation:
Send an "ON" command and the motor opens, the next "ON" command stops the motor where it stands.
Send an
"OFF" command and the motor closes, the next "OFF" command
stops the motor where it stands.
It can control the blade position of blinds, still using X-10 protocol with the same address: only one address for everything!!!
To enter the "adjust" mode: press the same function three times in a row, i.e. “off” (to close the blind), “off” again (to stop it in the desired position, even if it is completely closed), then “off” again to enter the adjust mode (the same sequence happens with open). Any subsequent "on" and "off" X-10 commands now adjust the blades of the blind up or down by approximately 1/16 of a turn.
To exit the "adjust" mode just wait for 5 seconds and the program will jump automatically back to the open / close mode.
Inverting the wires during the installation reverses
the open and close functions. The motor internal limit switches override the
BC-696.

occupies only one address and is the size of a UM-506. Up to 16 blinds,
shades, lights or appliances or any combination of these can be controlled
remotely (without extra control wiring) with one RT-504. Up to 256 can be
addressed differently.

WIRELESS
REMOTE SIREN X-10 COMPATIBLE
(RS-331) 15 or 30W.
The
Remote Siren (RS-331) is a complete unit which is 100% compatible with all
X-10 alarm systems. It includes a 5 foot cord and a very loud (120 dB) and
powerful siren (30W) plus all the necessary circuitry to make it compatible
with X-10. The RS-331 can be mounted on a wall, in an attic, in a garage or
placed on a table or shelf. It plugs directly into any outlet and is ready to
work.

DESCRIPTION:
The RS-331 comes ready to operate, complete with:

The RS-331 starts after a small time delay (like the PH-508), and stops when the PH-508 stops.
INSTALLATION:
Find a suitable location and install the siren. On the PH-508 select the house code you operate on and plug it in. Plug in the power supply and the PH-508 and you are in business!
