3) Water / Flood Sensor (WD-86)

The WD-86 is a very reliable water or flood sensor. It can be reused indefinitely, even after being totally submerged in water. It is a very sensitive unit yet it will not react to condensation (unlike most water detectors), therefore it can be positioned close to an air conditioning unit.

The sensor can be directly mounted on the ground to detect immediately the presence of any water, or it can be mounted on plastic spacers to detect a specific water level.

4) Humidity Sensor (HSH-86, HSL-86)

The HSH-86 and HSL-86 are humidity sensors. They are commercial grade humidistats with adjustable high humidity for the HSH-86 and adjustable low humidity for the HSL-86.

5) Low Battery Detection (LBD-12)

The LBD-12 is a solid state low battery detector for the monitoring panel. It simply gives an alarm when the battery of the monitoring panel reaches a low level. The monitoring panel will still continue to operate for a while, but power should be restored soon after, or an extra battery added.
