Hugues de Milleville is the company's founder and CEO. Hugues has an electronic engineering background with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of automation and energy management systems. He has worked on projects for Air Canada, IBM, and the Royal Bank of Canada. Hugues is the inventor of the Log One's intelligent thermostat and is recognized in the industry for his vision, his technical expertise and his ability to translate customer needs into a finished product.

Cam Carver is Log-One's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Cam holds a MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Cam has previously been a partner in the start-up, management and sale of two companies in the IT and telecommunication industries.
